For dealers and private sellers

How click credits work

Posting a car doesn't use credits. You pay when buyers take a look: each time a buyer in the UK opens one of your listings, one click credit comes off your balance.

How it works

  1. 1. Start with a free listing period
New accounts get a 30-day free listing period. You don't need credits to post during it, and clicks never use them.
  2. 2. Buy credits on the website
Sign in, choose how many credits you want and pay by card. Credits are usually added within a few seconds.
  3. 3. Each buyer click uses one credit
When a buyer in the UK opens one of your listings, one credit comes off your balance. All of your listings share it.

What counts as a click

A click is a buyer in the UK opening the full page of one of your listings. Nothing else uses a credit, and some clicks never do.

Questions sellers ask

How much does a click cost on M1 Hub?
Each buyer click uses one click credit. You choose how many credits to buy, and the price per credit is shown before you pay.
Do I pay to post a listing?
No. Posting a listing doesn't use credits. Once your free listing period has ended, you need at least one credit in your balance to post or publish a listing.
What happens when my credits run out?
Your listings stop showing to buyers, but nothing is deleted. They go live again as soon as you add credits.
Am I charged if the same buyer looks twice?
Not within an hour. The same person opening the same listing again within 60 minutes doesn't use another credit.
Who can buy click credits?
Dealers and private sellers with an M1 Hub account. Sign in on the M1 Hub website to buy them by card.
Can I use credits bought on the website in the app?
Yes. It's one balance, so credits you buy on the website are ready to use in the M1 Hub app.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. You can download an invoice for each card purchase from the page where you buy credits.
