By creating an account, downloading, installing, accessing, or using M1 HUB, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use, this End User License Agreement, and our Privacy Policy. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law.

• M1 HUB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely to access and use the M1 HUB service as permitted by these Terms.
• You do not acquire ownership of the app, software, source code, designs, trademarks, content, or platform technology. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by M1 HUB and its licensors.
• You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or service, except where applicable law expressly prevents this restriction.
• You must not bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, misuse APIs, automate abusive access, or use the app in a way that harms M1 HUB, users, dealers, listings, payments, or platform integrity.
• This license ends automatically if you violate these Terms, delete your account where termination applies, or if we suspend or terminate your access in accordance with these Terms.

• You agree to use M1 HUB only for lawful marketplace activity, including browsing listings, managing listings, communicating with users, and using dealer tools made available to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• You must comply with applicable consumer, advertising, vehicle, privacy, payment, intellectual property, and platform rules that apply to your use of M1 HUB.
• M1 HUB may change, suspend, remove, or limit features when needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, product improvement, or operational reasons.
• If you use M1 HUB on behalf of a business, dealership, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• We may require verification steps for certain accounts, listings, billing features, or safety reviews.

• Listings, pricing, vehicle details, photos, videos, and dealership information must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• You are responsible for your interactions with individuals, sellers, dealers, and third parties, including any negotiation or transaction that results from using the platform.
• You must not post fraudulent listings, impersonate another person or business, scrape data, harass users, or interfere with platform security or availability.

• Certain dealer or promotional features may be paid services, including CPC or similar billing models.
• Fees, billing terms, taxes, click credits, in-app purchase records, and commercial records shown in the product or related order flow form part of these Terms.
• Where required by app marketplace rules, mobile digital purchases such as iOS click-credit packs are processed through Apple In-App Purchase, and Android click-credit packs are processed through Google Play Billing.
• Late, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent charges may result in feature restrictions, suspension, or collections activity where permitted by law.

• You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as listing text, photos, videos, messages, and profile information.
• You grant M1 HUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
• You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use the content you provide.

• We may review, remove, limit, suspend, or terminate content, listings, features, or accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or expose us or other users to harm.
• We may preserve relevant records where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, billing, security, or legal compliance.

• M1 HUB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, listing accuracy, vehicle condition, user identity, financing outcomes, or transaction completion.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, M1 HUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted or when otherwise communicated to you. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
